While one of my teammates is handling your ticket, I will provide you with some initial debugging steps.

Please try the following:

1. Navigate to "Translate texts in admin screens" in WPML → String Translation.
2. Select the string, for example, "Phone number" and click on "Export as a WPML configuration file.
3. Put the configuration into the WPML → Settings → Custom XML Configuration tab.
4. Double-check to ensure the translation exists.
5. Check the frontend.

Please update your WPML plugin and add-ons to the latest version, 4.6.14, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, we need to work on the newest code available to troubleshoot the issue best.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.

Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.

Let me know if the issue persists after an update has been done. Have you add configuration go WPML → Settings → Custom XML Configuration tab?

I update all the plugins regulary, and not once has an update helped any of my issues. I will just duplicate the header and us it on another language, unfortunately I don't have time left to tackle this issue rn.

Thank you for your feedback. Have you found a workaround, or would you like me to check this issue further?
