This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to find and translate the currency symbol 'лв.' in Bookly forms on their website.
Solution:
We have confirmed with Bookly that currently, currency symbols in Bookly cannot be translated via WPML. They are aware of this limitation and are considering it for future updates. Since this is a limitation on Bookly's side, we recommend monitoring any updates from them regarding this issue.

If this solution becomes irrelevant due to updates or if it does not apply to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

We synced the strings and now most of the translations aren't visible:

The strings are still translated in WPML, but now not visible on the page.
We checked and it's not cache related. Some of them are still there like "Choose a category" but "Мъжко подстригване и брада" are translated as well but not represented with the english text on the page.

Hello,

If you can not find the currency symbol available for translation, then this symbol is likely not coded in a way that would make it translatable.

Also, it looks like Bookly is not providing any filter hooks for such purposes:

Could you please install the plugin on the following test site and try to recreate the issue so I can look into it?

Please leave me a comment on this ticket once you are done with this task.

Regarding the second issue, please take note that we handle only one issue per ticket. I will split this request up into a new ticket and then follow up with you from there.

Best regards
Andreas

Form in the bottom of the page.

We installed and configured.
The (лв.) in the first step in the Employee select is the same currency. It can't be translated.

We contacted Bookly and they gave us this response:

Thank you for reaching out! Currently, currencies in Bookly cannot be translated via WPML. I've shared your feedback with our product manager, and I’ll keep you updated as soon as there’s any progress on this.

So maybe we should close this ticket as it looks to be a Bookly issue?

Hi,

Thanks for the information from Bookly. At this point, there’s not much we can do on our side if they’ve confirmed the issue.

I’ll go ahead and close this ticket for now.

Best regards,
Marcel
