This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to add translated products to the product category pages on your English site, but they do not appear unless accessed directly via URL. Even after following documentation steps like syncing product variations and categories, updating product counts, and clearing the cache, the issue persists.
Solution:
First, we recommend running the 'Regenerate Product lookup tables' in WooCommerce → Status → Settings. If this does not resolve the issue, try 'Synchronize posts taxonomies' for Products in WPML → Support → Troubleshooting. If the problem still persists, it may be necessary for us to access your site directly to provide further assistance. In such cases, please provide temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue continues, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket. For further assistance, you can also visit our support forum at WPML Support Forum.

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to add my translated products to the product category pages on the English site. I have followed the documentation steps to troubleshoot the issue, including syncing product variations and categories, updating product counts, and clearing the cache in WPML.

Symptoms:
The translated products don't show up on the website unless you have the exact URL. They don't show up in the product category pages. They also show up once I open the translated product manually, make little changes, and then 'update' the product.

Questions:
Why are my translated products not showing up on the product category pages?
How can I make my translated products appear in the product category pages automatically when the product translation is completed with automatic translation?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

Have you tried to run the regenerate Product lookup tables in WooCommerce → Status → Settings?

If the issue persists, I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. I run it, but still no results.

For example check this product i published with automatic translation.
- Product link: hidden link

It is published, but once you click on the category: " 2" / 50mm- RAPID" - it is not visible.
- Category link: hidden link
