This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Logo image was not showing in a secondary language.

Solution:
I copied the site logo URL and searched that URL from WPML >> String Translation page and clicked on the Translate texts in admin screens » link at the bottom of the page and enabled it’s translation.

Then, went to WPML >> String Translation page and added the logo URL translation and it solved the issue.

Hi there, I'm contacting you because I want to use the same logo for all the languages installed on my website. However, when I put the logo in Spanish, the English logo disappears and only text is displayed. Can you help me?

Hello there,

There is another attempt that you can try before one of my colleagues take the ticket. It would be to update WPML - I could check that you're running outdated versions, so it might be related.

Please make sure to have a backup, and then, if possible, update the WPML plugins through the Plugns -> Add New -> Commercial tab.

We're looking forward to your reply. Thank you.
