This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is trying to translate a website, including a form created with Gravity Forms, but the form is not being translated.

Solution:
We requested temporary access to the client's site to investigate the issue. After reviewing the backend, we determined that the form had not been translated. We advised the client to follow the steps in our documentation for translating Gravity Forms using the 'Gravity Forms Multilingual' add-on, which was already installed on their site. The relevant documentation can be found here:
https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/gravity-forms-multilingual/

If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend following the steps in the documentation linked above. However, please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If after checking the related known issues and confirming that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed, the problem persists, we highly encourage you to open a new support ticket with us for further assistance.

Hi there and thank you for all the information!

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.

The private box looks like this: hidden link

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Hi there.

I did not get back to you yet because I'm still debugging this matter. I'm already logged into the backend.

As soon as I have any updates, I will get back to you as promised.

Thank you for much for your amazing patience.

This helped me properly debug the issue and understand how things were built in the backend area of the website.

Also, sorry for the extra delay but I don't work on the weekends.

So, I think the main issue that we are having here is that this form doesn't look like it has ever been translated on this site (please check the attached screenshot below).

Can you please let me know if you ever had the chance to follow the steps in the documentation below until now?

If you follow those steps in the URL above (you already have the add-on "Gravity Forms Multilingual" installed so you should be able to go on with the next steps), I think that is all that you will need.

Please let me know how things go!

I will be waiting for an update from you in case you still need help with this.

Mihai
