Hi there. 1. "Since these aren't registered and it wont accept the site key" Can you please let me know what you mean by that? Are you receiving an error message when trying to register WPML with the WPML key that you generated? 2. Can you please let me know the exact URL that you used here (https://wpml.org/account/sites) when you created the WPML key? I will be waiting for your response. Mihai Apetrei |

Hi there, Thank you for the update. I believe I understand the issue at hand. There is a redirect on your site that leads to the following domain: hidden link. Additionally, I noticed that this same URL appears in the debug information provided when the ticket was opened, rather than the one you mentioned later. It seems that you need to create a new WPML key specifically for this domain: hidden link. Please try using the new key and let me know if that resolves the issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon. |

Ok so I was able to register WPML under the hidden link site key. But I don't know how to register the toolset part. I tried to use the same site key uMniJbUc0N but it said Unable to register: Site key not matching. Also, some of my users visit the site using the URL hidden link and some use hidden link. Is WPML able to work properly for all users regardless of which URL they use to access the site? |

Hi there. The complimentary "Toolset Types" plugin that you download from the WPML account should show as registered when WPML is registered. I recommend first checking if this plugin is really used on the site. There's a situation where sometimes users have installed multiple WPML add-ons but they don't know what they do or if they really need it. So please make sure that this plugin is used on the site and not only activated. Because, if you don't know what it does, there's a big chance you can simply disable it and you will probably don't need it. You can also try the following steps to create a new site key for WPML as this might resolve the unregistered notice issue: 1- Go to your account page (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) Also, please make sure that any local/server caching/CDN is fully cleared as that can be the reason why the notice is still showing up. Is WPML able to work properly for all users regardless of which URL they use to access the site? Yes, everything should work fine. I'm not sure, though, why you have this setup with the two URLs and this redirect. But probably the developer or the person who had things set up this way has a reason. |

Ok I think I don't need the toolset as you said. I don't see any special programming where its being used. It didn't show up as registered when I logged in and out but WPML is registered and working so I'm gonna leave it at that. Great on the 2 URLs- it's set up that way for legal reasons between the 2 countries. |

Hi there. Got it. Thank you for the update. Yes, disable that plugin so it won't use server resources. This is available for any plugin you have active—if it's not used, I recommend deactivating it. Have an amazing rest of the day! 🙂 |
