This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with some parts of their Elementor page not translating to Japanese, even though other parts are correctly translated using WPML.
Solution:
1. The issue might be due to the use of Custom Elementor Modules which are not configured for WPML. We recommend writing the WPML language configuration for these modules to ensure they are listed for translation. Please follow the steps in the documentation after a full site backup:

2. To improve site performance, consider upgrading your server configurations:
- Increase the WP Memory Limit to 256 MB. More details can be found here.
- Increase the MaxInputVars in PHP settings to 10000. For guidance, refer to this article.

If these solutions do not resolve your issue or seem outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I translated the top of my website from English to Japanese using WPML. The page was created using Elementor and contains fixed text.

Symptoms:
Even after switching the page to Japanese, there are parts that have not been translated.

Questions:
Why are some parts of my Elementor page not translating to Japanese?
How can I ensure all fixed text in Elementor is translated using WPML?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

This might be happening because you are using Custom Elementor Modules. If that's the case, we need to write the WPML language configuration for it. Only then will it be listed for translation. Please refer to the documentation for more details.

So please try the steps suggested in the following documentation after a full site backup and make sure the bug existing or not.

Dear Bigul,

Thank you for your reply.

I think,
Displayed as translation items in the editor = recognized as custom fields

Isn't the guidance you provided for when items are not displayed as translation items in the editor?

Please let me check, just in case.

Best regards,

Dear Bigul,

I was able to translate it for now.
Even though I translated it in the editor, it didn't appear on the screen, but I was able to set it using WPML's String Translation.
(I set _elementor_data of the custom field to translate and performed Auto register strings for translation, which allowed me to translate it using String Translation.)

However, I believe the correct solution should be achievable in the editor.
So, if you have any information about this, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Best regards,
an

Hello,

Thank you for the login information and details. I am not able to reproduce the issue exactly on your site. But the WPML configuration looks okay in a quick check.

I have a request. Please upgrade the following configurations for the better performance of the site.

1) Increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256* MB(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*). Please check the following links for more details

https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

https://developer.wordpress.org/apis/wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

2) Increase the *MaxInputVars* of PHP settings to *10000*. Please check the following article for more details and contact your system admin/hosting provider to upgrade this configuration.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. The Minimum required memory while using WPML is 128 MB. You are using multiple Elementor plugins with the WpRentals theme, and this theme has many custom fields and taxonomies. That is why I suggested increasing the WordPress Memory limit and MaxInputVars. It will helps to improve the site loading speed.
