[Resolved] After Review – Accept Translation - causes freeze -

From > Translation Management, in the box, I click on xy Translations Pending Review -

Then I pick an item and review - when I click in the green box - Publish this translation -

Then the modal pop up appears and freezes, as per picture

It would have been helpful to know what just happened. It felt like the system was doubting me - so I did not go and check again - how can that problem just go away?
