markS-106	Hi, Our automatic translations are stuck with the message “not enough credits”, but credits are correctly assigned to the site (12,468 credits). (also see images attached) We already disconnected and reconnected the site, refreshed credits and cleared translation jobs. Could you please force a credit resync for: hidden link Thanks.

By the way the last usage translation I can see comes from April 4th, so a few days ago: - hidden link at 2026-04-04 00:53:54 UTC credits usage: 6144 There are 2 transactions, one nl->de and nl->fr, so in total t was over 12 thousand. credits. Can you confirm this is what you indeed intended to do?

markS-106	Hi Alejandro, Thanks for the reply. The issue has now been resolved. Initially, I had more than 12,000 credits for the carbstone.be website. Even though I actually needed fewer, I kept receiving a message saying that automatic translation was not possible due to insufficient credits. I then added another 4,000 credits, and suddenly everything worked. Very strange, as I do not understand the logic behind this. If you ask me, this is a very expensive joke. Do you have any idea what might have caused this issue?

Alejandro WPML Supporter since 01/2018 Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) Italian (Italiano ) Timezone: Europe/Rome (GMT+02:00)	Hello, The problem was that you were short more or less 50 credits or so. you needed to translate a page in 2 languages and its cost was 6144 credits for each language. you had more or les 12100 or a bit more but you needed some extra credits. as soon as you added more, the translation went through. Did you see a lower amount when trying to translate that page by any chance? (if so, can you run a test with another page and record it on video so we can understand if there's any issue there and if there is we will fix it. of course this test will be on us, we will give you the credits).
