Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the WPML plugin not fetching all accommodation English version data for translation into Spanish. Additionally, there is a recurring problem with the contact form, which stops working after previously being resolved by disabling the cache option.
Solution:
1) We resolved the contact form issue by translating the global section from which the form originates. We recommend checking if the form now functions correctly on the translated accommodation page.
2) For the calendar issue, we translated the rate for the accommodation type, which was not previously translated. Please verify if the calendar now displays correctly in both languages.
3) For untranslated strings below the calendar, we suggest translating the body templates to resolve this issue.

If these solutions do not resolve your issues or if they seem outdated, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. Also, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
We are translating a single accommodation type page. WPML plugin is not fetching all accommodation English version data to translate into Spanish. Another issue is with the contact form, which was previously identified as a cache problem by your support team. After disabling the cache option, it was working last night but is not working again.

Symptoms:
WPML plugin is not fetching all accommodation English version data for translation into Spanish. Contact form issue reappeared after previously being resolved by disabling the cache option.

Questions:
Why is WPML not fetching all accommodation English version data for translation into Spanish?
What is a permanent solution for the contact form issue that reappears after disabling the cache option?

1) Would you please share screenshots or a screen-recorded video while reproducing the issue?

Also, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

βœ™ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

βœ™ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

1) Thanks for the access details. I checked the form issue and found that the form comes from a global section, which was not translated, so I translated it. (hidden link)

Please check if the form works correctly on the translated accommodation page.

Please check if the calendar works correctly in both languages.

Thank you so much for checking and doing all these. Now WPML is clearer for me to understand, and I hope there won't be any issues. I will keep this ticket open for a few days until I do this all on the live site. Then I will mark it as resolved if I don't have any other questions.

Anchor link on Contacto is not redirecting properly in Spanish version. Seems it's ID is also getting translated or some issues...

When you click in Contacto it redirects to English version.

Please help with this. You still have same login access..
