Background of the issue:
We have a Divi header with a custom string in the header (not in the menu). WPML – Translation manager – Divi header has been set to ‘Translate myself’. We have menu translation done already automatically via the usual way.
Symptoms:
Its translation status won’t change and under WPML – translations, it won’t show in the queue. We cannot find this string in the regular list of strings either, or we would translate it manually from there.
Questions:
Why won't the translation status of the custom string in the Divi header change?
Why is the custom string in the Divi header not showing in the WPML translations queue?
How can we manually translate the custom string in the Divi header if it is not in the regular list of strings?
