While translating the home page (which is in Indian english), the fields from that pages are not added to the translated page (which is in UK english, US english, etc). I am attaching the images below.
Also please tell me how to edit this "Multilingual Content Setup" as it is uneditable.

Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. The issue you're having is mainly happening due to configuring the ACF Field Group as "Translatable" in WPML Settings, which is not recommended. Please check the link below for more information.

For now, you can change the Translation preference for the Field Group by following the steps below, which will solve the issue:

- Please go to WPML > Settings and scroll to the "Post Type Translation"
- Set the Translation preference for the Field Group(acf-field-group) to "Not Translatable" and save the changes.

The fields within the "Multilingual Content Setup" metabox are not editable due to ACF Multilingual assigning a default translation setting to them, which is not adjustable by direct manual means. To modify the translation preferences for these fields, you must switch the Translation option of the field group, containing these fields to "Expert." Once in "Expert" mode, you will gain the ability to change the translation settings.

Please check this guide to understand how you can change the Translation option for the field group: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/translate-sites-built-with-acf/expert-translation-option/#using-expert-on-new-sites

I hope you can understand. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance or clarification in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
