Background of the issue:
I am trying to: WooCommerce order completed emails are not fully translated for secondary language. The translations work fine for other order status emails such as order processing etc. This bug is only for the order completed email and this only affects one of my secondary languages, which have worked just fine before.

Symptoms:
WooCommerce order completed in secondary language is only partially translated, with mixed default language strings and translated strings, which is not present in other order status emails.

Questions:
Why are WooCommerce order completed emails not fully translated for my secondary language?
Why does this issue only affect the order completed email and not other order status emails?

Thank you for your patience. I've tried to reproduce the issue on my local without any luck.

So I've prepared a fresh sandbox site at hidden link (one-click login) for you.

In this site, WPML is installed and configured, while you can activate WC and WCML and setup as needed. Then please try to reproduce the issue and share the steps.

I'll then try my best to further investigate and escalate to our 2nd tier team accordingly.
