This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where translations made using WPML in WordPress do not appear correctly on the front end. Solution: We added specific XML code to the WPML-> Settings-> Custom XML tab to ensure that Elementor widgets are properly registered for translation. Here is the XML code we used:
We recommend checking our guide on how to register page builder widgets for translation.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.
1) Would you please elaborate more on the issue to help me understand it better?
It would be very helpful if you could share screenshots or a screen-recorded video while reproducing the issue.
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.
1) Please add the debug information in their field.
2) I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the access details. Please check the following steps:
1- Edit the page in the default language
2- Add "V2" to the title and update the page
3- Delete the "V2" and update the page
4- Update the translation using the translation manager
5- Flush the object cache
6- Check the hidden link">page on the front end
