How can I view the inquiry tickets I previously created?

chun-haoH	Background of the issue: I am trying to view the inquiry tickets I previously created for the site hidden link. I used to be able to see my past questions under Support >, but now this menu is gone. Symptoms: The menu option to view past inquiry tickets under Support is missing. Questions: How can I view the inquiry tickets I previously created?

Please note that you can view all your previously created tickets directly from your WPML account. Login to your WPML.org account and click on the “My Support tickets” link as you can see in the attached screenshot. There you’ll find your past inquiries.
