This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client wants to prevent WPML from translating the titles of Elementor widgets in edit mode, as they prefer to use the English language interface even though their native language is Turkish.
Solution:
1. We acknowledge that the behavior the client is experiencing is expected when using WPML with Elementor.
2. We suggest reviewing the following tickets for potential solutions or workarounds:

3. We explain that Elementor is a front-end editor and there are limitations to keeping the Elementor Module labels in the default language due to potential increased loading times, which could negatively affect the user experience.

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. WPML plugin translates the titles of Elementor widgets. I don't want WPML's translations in edit mode. How can I set this?

Look at the areas I marked in the image. He translates these places in Turkish in an irrelevant way. When you deactivate the WPML plugin, it returns to normal English. I want to turn this off when editing the page. How can I do it?

Hello, it was fixed by deleting the languages in the languages folder, but it will probably occur again automatically with these updates. As WPML, we would be very happy if you provide a permanent solution to this. Because we are used to the English language, most things seem ridiculous and difficult, even if it is our native language. I hope there is a solution to this. Thanks.

Hi there.

I am happy to hear that you managed to get this resolved.

I definitely understand that you would love to see things working differently for this specific situation.

As one of my colleagues mentioned in one of the tickets, Elementor is a front-end editor. So there are limitations to keeping the Elementor Module labels in the default language via codes because it will create a higher loading time for pages and that will ruin the experience so I am not sure that things can change in this matter at the moment.

Maybe at some point, our dev team together with the Elementor dev team will find a way to accomplish this in a more accessible manner.
