This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate a button text when switching languages using Elementor, even though the word was translated using WPML.
Solution:
1. We identified that the button was created in the Nest headers, which were previously set as not translatable in WPML -> Settings.
2. We changed the settings to make the Nest headers translatable and duplicated the header to the secondary languages.
3. We instructed the client to go to Nest -> Headers and click the pencil icons next to French and Arabic to edit with Elementor.
4. In the Elementor translation editor, the client can now change the button text as they would in the main language.

It looks like the button is created in the Nest headers, which were set as not translatable in WPML -> Settings. I changed those to be translatable and duplicated the header to your secondary languages. You can now go to Nest -> Headers and click the pencil icons next to French and Arabic. Then you will see the button to Edit with Elementor. Once you open the translation editor with Elementor, you can change the text on the button the same way you would change it on the main language.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance and I will be happy to help.
