This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
After installing Media Translation and uploading a translated image, the image does not appear on the French page of the client's website.
Solution:
First, ensure that all settings are correctly configured:
- Navigate to WPML > Settings > Media Translation in the WordPress Dashboard.
- Verify that all checkboxes are enabled.
- Click the "Start" button and wait for the process to complete.
Next, update the page translation:
- Go to Dashboard > Pages and open the edit screen of the original page.
- Look for the "Languages" section in the sidebar and click the pencil/circle/gear icon.
- Make a minor edit, such as adding an extra space at the end of a paragraph.
- Save the changes.
- A circular arrow should appear next to the translation links, indicating an update is needed.
- Edit the translation again and save it, ensuring it is 100% translated.
