This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with translating new page elements on your website using WPML. Despite deleting and creating a new translation, the new elements do not appear, and the old layout remains.
Solution:
1. In ACF > Field Groups, delete all the groups you created in secondary languages and keep only the original one in your primary language.
2. In WPML > Settings > Post types translation, set Field Groups (acf-field-group) to "Don't translate".
3. Install the ACF Multilingual add-on using the banner at the top of your dashboard.
4. Go back to ACF > Field Groups, edit the original group (the only one left), and select the multilingual mode "Same fields across languages". This setting allows you to use the same group and translate the value of each field.

It's important to note that in that particular case, the client was also experiencing an issue related to permalink manager.

Background of the issue:
I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I'm experiencing while translating my website using WPML. I created a new version of the page with filters, but despite deleting and creating a new translation, the new elements do not appear. The old layout remains. The issue concerns the following page: hidden link. For example, after adding the German translation, the filters still do not show up. Despite attempts to refresh and re-translate, the new elements are not visible.

Symptoms:
New page elements do not appear in the translation; the old layout remains.

Questions:
Could you please provide assistance and instructions on how to refresh the page translations so that they include the new layout along with the translated filters?

Hello again,

As discussed, once the backup is completed, could you please provide me with access. I will activate a private field for your next answer where you can provide that information safely (this field is only visible by you and the support team). Don't share your own admin account, create a new one that you will delete when we finish troubleshooting.

IMPORTANT: Before we proceed, please backup your site and database.

I solved some of the problems, but now I can't translate ACF fields. For example, I have a page with ACF fields, but on German version I do not even see any ACF field.

I managed to repair other issues. But I can't translate filters options.

Hello,

I see that you made some progress! Thanks for the access, I was able to identify some issues in your configuration.

- In "ACF > Field Groups", delete all the groups you created in secondary languages (keep only the original one in PL).

- In "WPML > Settings > Post types translation", Field Groups (acf-field-group) should be set as "Don't translate".

- Use the banner at the top of your dashboard to install our add-on "ACF Multilingual".

- Go back to "ACF > Field Groups", edit the original group (the only one left), and select the multilingual mode "Same fields across languages".

This will allows you to use the exact same group and translate the value of each field.

I found the source of the latest issue: conflict with permalink manager. After disabling this plugin, everything works fine.

Hello,

I'm glad you found this issue and solved it. I would recommend to follow my latest instructions about ACF anyway because making Field Groups (acf-field-group) translatable is not recommended and might lead to issues.
