The main page no longer shows actual flag images. It is showing wpml-ls-flag instead. I tried several things, it did not work.

I still need assistance with this issue. I cannot see the troubleshooting section on WPML, either.

I have not heard anything back in three days, Do you have any solutions for me? It just does not look good on the main page.

Thank you, and please help.

Hello Rovena,
Thank you for contacting us, and we apologize for the delayed answer.

Can you describe how you added the language switcher to the site? This will help us identify the cause of the issue.

Looking forward to your message.
Regards,
Carlos

Greetings Carlos and thank you!

To be honest, this was done almost a year ago when I first set it up. The issue only just now happened. Perhaps it is an upgrade that caused it. If I give temporary permission to look at the site, perhaps you are able to clearly see it.

Sure! 🙂

I have set your next message private so you can securely share the access credentials to the site. Although I won't make any changes on the site, I kindly ask you to confirm that you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

Also, please share a URL where the issue can be seen, and that we can use as a reference.

Looking forward to your message.

Greetings and thank you!
I was actually thinking I can add you as admin if you can provide contact details. I had to do that before. It would be much easier, I think.

Thanks, Rovena

Hi Rovena,
Thank you for sharing the access to the site

I have added a language switcher to the page, but here are the steps to follow in case you would like to change it or modify it:
- Edit the frontpage via this link: hidden link
- Click on the block that contains the language switcher shortcode
- Use any of these shortcodes: [wpml_language_selector_widget]
[wpml_language_selector_footer]
- Save the changes

You can change the style of the language switcher in WPML -> Languages -> Language switcher options

Can you confirm that the issue was solved?

Thank you Carlos!

I did add the flags, and it seems ok for now. Did you see any other issues on the site for WPML? I am afraid I am a little confused with what is redundant, and isn't.
