Hi,

Can you please check if this issue appears when:

- only WPML plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
- theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Twenty as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme

If you find that the issue is no longer there, then I suggest you activate the theme first and check if the issue is still happening. If still all working well, then there is possibly some compatibility problem with any of your plugins, so you can for example activate 3 plugins at a time and observe the problem then.

Please make a full site backup before testing this way.

You can use plugins such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) or ask your host to perform a site backup.

1) I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I would also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

Hi,

I've found what caused the issue. It seems like the issue happens because of the Multicurrency option. Kindly check the following steps.

1- Go to WooCommerce-> WooCommerce Multilingual-> Multi-currency tab
2- Unselect the option "Show only products with custom prices in secondary currencies."
3- Clear your cache and check the front end

Kindly let me know if this fixed the issue for you, as it fixed the issue on my local installation.

When I switch to another language no product show in the categories
Realy this happening with WPML
the frustrating situation right now and we are complete this project now we need to launch this but getting big issue with WPML

Thanks for your update. I've found that when deactivating the Dokan pro plugin. The products appear correctly in the translated categories. So I've checked the modules, and when deactivating the Geolocation module, the products appeared correctly. Could you please try to deactivate this module and check the front-end?

Yes You are right but dokan plugin is much more important to us and is compatible with WPML I need to know where is the issue between dokan pro and WPML.

Hi,

You could activate the Dokan pro plugin, but you have to disable the Geolocation module, and that would do the trick.

I'm not sure what is causing the issue on the Geolocation module, but I suggest contacting Dokan support. Maybe it's a known issue for them.

Also, please note that Dokan isn't currently compatible with WPML. (https://wpml.org/plugin/dokan/)
