Please let me know if I have permission to install the WP File Manager Plugin. I'd also like to install the Adminer plugin to check the database tables and make sure there is nothing missing there.

THanks for allowing that, I can confirm that the debug log is enabled. It does show up now, but the error there does not seem related to the issue. May I install the Adminer plugin to check the database and see your WPML settings there? I'd also like you to try registering a new site key. Once you do these steps, let me know if I can proceed and if it's okay to use Adminer.

Please go to http://www.wpml.org/account/sites and delete the URL. Then add it back. this will generate a new site key.

Then, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and click the link to unregister WPML from your site. You will then see the field where you can enter the new site key to re-register the new key.

Hello Lauren,
I just did that.
Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I already tried it, but it was worth a shot.
I also reset the language once.

It would be very useful if you can, in a way, allow to translate the CPT "Partner" or if you can tell me how to enable that by DB, if possible.

You are free to install Adminer. Please note that the website is online. It doesn't get many visitors, but it should remain active. I will make a backup tonight once I'm done working on it.

Hello there,

You can set your CPT as translatable from WPML > Support > Custom Page types translation. that page is currently blank because of the database situation i'm about to share.

--------

As per the rest, your database is doing something weird to the tables. it's purposedly restricting each of the fields to certain amount of characters. can you ask your hosting why that is? an example is in wp_icl_flags (and in every single table, more than 25 + WP ones as well), where the length is always setup, even if it shouldn't.

Regards,
