The client is requesting a refund for the WPML plugin and has asked for the refund process to be initiated.
Solution:
If you're experiencing the need for a refund, we recommend that you submit a refund request through our official refund request page. Please visit https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/ to proceed with your refund request. We handle all technical support on this forum and do not have the capability to process refunds directly. Rest assured, if you are within the refund period, our Accounts team will ensure that you receive a full refund. It may take some time for the Accounts team to handle your request, but please trust that it will be resolved soon. We will also manage any additional tickets you may have opened to prevent further notifications.
