Background of the issue:
I'm trying to resolve issues with popups on my site hidden link. I'm using the Advanced popups plugin.

Symptoms:
The popups appear empty, broken, or in the wrong layout.

Hello,

1) this plugin is not officially compatible so there could be some issue, we can check further for a workaround or fix, but please note we might not be able to fix without author collaboration with our compatibility team.

I created a minimal installation of WordPress, WPML, and all necessary WPML add-ons, and themes.

You can access the WordPress dashboard using the link below:

Try to replicate the issue with a simple example and then I can further check what is wrong and try any quick fix.

Hi Drazen, thank you for the response. I've installed all missing plugins, but the issue stil persists.

If you try to visit any of translate version on vekstrus.lt , you will get broken popup For exmaple hidden link

thanks, but not sure where I suggested any missing plugins?

I mention that plugin is not compatible and there could be some issue, we can try to check and help in the test site if you can reproduce it there, but we can not guarantee we will be able to solve it.

Other way is using official compatible plugins.

Let me know once you setup simple example of issue on test site, so I can check furtehr.
