i got this error, i disable plugin, after you login, you can enable wpml

PML cannot find several entries in the language tables and will not function properly until this issue is resolved.
Go to the Troubleshooting page and click "Clear language information and repopulate languages" to fix this issue.
This warning will disappear once the problem is fixed.

If it doesn't work, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations need to be changed.

Thanks for the access details. I found that when using "Language name added as a parameter" in WPML-> Languages, the English home page works correctly. So, could you please back up your htaccess file and use the WordPress default one? (https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/htaccess/)
After that, please resave the permalinks and check the English home page.
