Background of the issue:
I am trying to update a variable product and use the side menu to update the translation using the advanced translation editor. The process works successfully, but when I check the translated product, the price shows as 0 on the front end. The correct price is visible in the backend. After using the advanced translator, I have to manually click update on the translated product version again without making any changes for the information to appear on the front end. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link. I expected to see: hidden link. Instead, I got: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The translated product's price shows as 0 on the front end, even though the correct price is visible in the backend.

Questions:
Why does the translated product's price show as 0 on the front end, after using the advanced translation editor?
How can I ensure the correct price appears on the front end without manually updating the translated product after the translation is done?

Hello,

Could you please revise WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Support for any given config issues?

Please send us a screenshot from the mentioned page.

Also, please verify if clearing the cache in all languages using WP Rocket's option inside the admin bar can solve this issue.

---

If this will still not solve the issue, please take note that you will find new versions for our plugins at Plugins > Add new > Commercial (tab) by clicking on "Check for WPML Updates".

Make sure to take a backup of your site before running the updates.

---

If all the above will not clarify the source of the issue, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you further.

Best regards
Andreas

Hey Andreas,

Alright, I will try all of these things and let you know if the issue is resolved or still persists, although I doubt it will help.

Kind Regards,
