Hello, Thank you for the updates. This may be a compatibility issue. Please try the following steps after a site backup and let us know your feedback. 1) Increase the *MaxInputVars* of PHP settings to *10000*. Please check the following article for more details, or contact your system admin/hosting provider for this purpose. hidden link 2) Upgrade to the latest version of WooCommerce Multilingual (5.5). You may have to visit Plugins >> Add New >> Commercial tab and click on the *Check for updates* button to get the WPML automatic upgrade links of the latest version. This step will help us refresh the installer caches. 3) Clear all types of caches 4) Create a couple of simple products for testing and translate them it Arabic 5) Update the SKU value of test products using Bulk Editor. Check if it is working as expected in Arabic or not -- Bigul |

Hello, This may be a compatibility issue. During testing on a local copy, we found that updating products in the default language using Quick Edit successfully synchronized the SKU to the secondary language. We assume you are using the following plugin for bulk editing products: BEAR – Bulk Editor and Products Manager Professional for WooCommerce Please note that this plugin is not listed in our official compatibility list. However, we noticed that the same developer offers another bulk editing plugin that is listed as compatible: WOOBE – WooCommerce Bulk Editor Professional - https://wpml.org/plugin/woobe-woocommerce-bulk-editor-professional/ Therefore, please check with the plugin author whether it is possible to bulk edit the SKU in the primary language and have it synced automatically to the secondary language. -- Bigul |

Hi there, thanks for your response. i looked into this plugin, and this is the same one that i use. its former name was Woobe " WooCommerce Bulk Editor and Products Manager Professional – BEAR – (old name is WOOBE)". Do i need to check with its developer about the compatibility? |

Hello, Thank you for the updates. This seems like a compatibility issue, as you can update the Product SKU in the primary language without any problems — is that correct? Also, could you please confirm whether you are using the free version of the plugin or the paid version? https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-bulk-editor/ or hidden link It would be great if you could consult the plugin author regarding this, as it is possible that maybe only the premium version is fully compatible with WPML. -- Bigul |

Hello, We are waiting for your response on this. We found that the plugin developer claims WPML compatibility only for the paid version. If you’re experiencing an issue with the paid version, we recommend contacting the plugin developer directly. In the meantime, we are happy to help test this further. It would be great if you could reproduce the issue on our sandbox site (a fresh installation). This will help us escalate the ticket directly to our compatibility developers for a deeper investigation. Sandbox Login URL: hidden link Please try the following steps in the sandbox site and make sure the issue exists or not. 1) Configure WPML like your live site -- Bigul |
