The situation is as follows: I want to cancel automatic payments. The last payment, for this year, was unsuccessful due to the debit card being locked. When I go into the section for management of renewal, I don't see an option to cancel the subscription. How do I do that and why is there no such option available? |

Hello, Thanks for contacting us. You should normally be able to view and modify your renewal by clicking on “Change Renewal” in your WPML.org account (https://wpml.org/account/) However, in your case this option might be temporarily unavailable if a renewal payment was already attempted and failed. When that happens, you should receive an email notification informing you that the payment method failed and asking you to review or update your payment details. If the payment method is not updated, the WPML account/license will be placed on hold after expire date. Please check your email (including spam folder) for the payment failure notice and let us know if you need any further assistance. Regards, |

Hello, Thank you for getting back to us. No worries — since the automatic renewal payment has already failed, no automatic payments will happen anymore. Your subscription will simply expire, and nothing will be charged in the future. If at some point in the future you decide to use WPML again, you would just need to purchase a subscription manually. I hope this clarifies things, but please let me know if you have any other questions. Regards, |
