I recently purchased the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin and automatic translation credits for my real estate project. However, after installing and testing the plugin, I have decided to discontinue using it and would like to request a full refund.
Reasons for my request:
Workflow Compatibility: I realized that managing separate WordPress installations for each language is a "healthier" and more stable workflow for my specific project structure, rather than using a plugin-based solution.
Cost & Exchange Rate: I have a large volume of content (Real Estate listings). Due to the high currency exchange rates in Turkey, the cost of translating this amount of content using your credit system is not sustainable for my budget.
Technical Complexity: I experienced difficulties with the integration of my custom post types ("Real Estate" listings). The configuration required to make them appear and translate correctly was more complex than anticipated.
Important Note: I am NOT seeking technical support or troubleshooting to resolve these issues. I have already decided to revert to my previous system.
Therefore, I kindly request:
A full refund for the plugin license purchase under your 30-day money-back guarantee policy.
A refund for the unused portion of the translation credits I purchased.
Please process this refund to my original payment method as soon as possible.
I refunded the subscription and the credits because you had not used them yet.
It will take between 5 and 10 working days for the money to be returned to your account.
Just to explain a bit about the credits:
Unfortunately, we cannot refund translation credits that have already been used. Our documentation details this policy, which can be found here: https://wpml.org/faq/can-i-get-a-refund-for-automatic-translation-credits/
Please note that we pay for these credits upfront, so once content has been sent for automatic translation, we have already paid the translation engine service.
