I uploaded new products in the primary language EN but they dont reflect in the Secondary Language AR. I dont want to be doing this manually each time i upload something And also now im trying to tranlaste my new added products in arabic but it doesnt work. Even though i have added there translations in the backend. See the link.

Relevant screenshots have been added (The wordpress backend have been searched within the categoyr so these 4 products have the problem they show exactly as is even in the Arabic version. While they should show in arabic tranlsation as you can see i have already added there translations in the backend.)
1. Go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting.
2. Run the following options:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Set language information
- Fix post type assignment for translations
3. Edit one of the products in the original language and make a small change (for example, add or remove a word in the description).
4. Update the product.
5. Open the translation and complete the translation again.
After that, please check if the issue still occurs.
