Hi, today I noticed that something got broken during one of your test. Probably during the initial chat with WPML support. 1) I just published an article in PL language. This is the link of the blog loop: hidden link |

Hello, I checked the text missing and I see they are not translated in WPML String translations. I am not sure if they were translated, but I see they are not now, and if I add translation it works fine. Unfortunately, not much I can suggest other than to add a translation for these widget titles from WPML String translation. Regards, |

Hello, thanks for sharing. I have checked the translation files via FTP and I do not see any translation added. I am not sure what happened or why it was deleted. I see the shared archived page is from 06/12 so anything could happen during this time. If you have backup you can try to restore/import those files or if not I am afraid there is no other solution than to re-add translation for those strings again. Hope this makes sense and you understand our side here. Regards, |

ok so let's try step by step. Backup restore should be the last resort, because yesterday an article was added, etc. So first, please help to fix the translations of this page hidden link - it is showing English page titles. But in page edit mode it shows the right translated texts: hidden link |

Hello, I meant to simply export/import string translations from that old website to your current one, not restoring the whole backup. As for the shared link, I do not see what you mentioned, I just saw the regular post page wit the page title. The text you mentioned that are not translating. are coming from a WordPress widget and need to be translated via WPML String translation, nothing to do with page content/page editor. Let me know if any further doubts. Regards, |

Hello, that part of the page is not coming from your page title, but from theme PHP files, and is set to Articles, you can translate it via WPML String translation. I translated it and it works fine now. Regards, |

Thank you. Another thing that disappeared is the main title and subtitle. Now if I edit the PL titles and click "save changes", the English appear back again. If I check in "strings translation", I see the right translations are provided. New threads created by Dražen and linked to this one are listed below: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-the-main-title-and-subtitle/ |

Hello, as said before we limit 1 issue per 1 ticket, to keep things clear and easy to follow. I have opened a new ticket for your new issue: - https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-the-main-title-and-subtitle/ Since the original issue of this ticket is resolved I advise closing this one and continue our conversation in the new ticket. Regards, |

I think that the original issue is that after the chat with WPML many strings disappeared at once. If 1000 strings translations disappeared I find it difficult to open 1000 tickets. But it's ok. we can do this way. We can continue for each disappeared translation to create new tickets. |
