I have translated my site in English, French and Italian. There is some issue with translated products. I first translated Tags, then Categories, and then at last I translated products. The term count is wrong and less at secondary languages. I tried all workarounds from your knowledge base. syncing product taxonomies and variations from troubleshooting menu. resetting term count but nothing worked.

Here is the ticket. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

Could you please let me know where I can find the invalid term count? I've checked your product tags and are you referring to the German language that displays 150 tags but your other languages show only 141?

I've attached a screenshot.

Please check product categories.
When you check categories in all secondary languages then you see the product count is less than the German language.
Or you can check this page in secondary languages and see the difference in count.

You have messed up the site.
There were 141 products for all language versions before you started working.
Now German has 153 and secondary languages have 119 products

I haven't made any alterations to your website, just to clarify. Earlier, I simply viewed this page: hidden link .

Upon inspection of your products, I observed that some haven't been translated into English or your secondary language yet. Consequently, the filters may not display the same quantity as they do in German.

Could you please verify this?

Before I provided you the access everything was working fine. All products were translated.
Let me restore the backup. I will get back to you once it is done.
