Background of the issue:
I am using the feature that allows me to link some of my domains to share credits for automatic translation. I am looking at the usage report because I would like to know how many credits were used by each of my domains in any given month.

Symptoms:
The usage report is confusing. All 1138 rows of data have the same Organisation ID. The first 880 rows all have a Job ID of Zero, show different numbers in the number column, and don't have a Permlink, Engine, or language value. Only the last 300 rows contain this data.

Questions:
Can you shed some light on why the usage report is showing the same Organisation ID for all rows?
Why do the first 880 rows have a Job ID of Zero and lack Permlink, Engine, and language values?
Is there some sort of error in the usage report?
How can I accurately know the usage of each of my sites, specifically how many credits are being used?

Hi,

I'm discussing this issue with our 2nd tier support. I will update you here when I have more information to share.

Thanks.

Hi,

Our 2nd tier support tried to investigate the issue but there isn't much more information. It is an issue on our end, the site might be migrated at one point and for some weird reasons we couldn't migrate the content correctly because the transaction was moved but without a job ID.

However, these credits were used for a page for sure and are in translation memory so you didn't lose anything.

Thank you.

I'm sorry but that is not good enough.

If I want to see a report of how the credits I pay for are spent, I can't settle for a report that essentially says "these credits were used somewhere. It's in the translation memory. You didn't lose anything".

If it was a small number of credits, sure no problem.

But 1121930 credits have no page or job ID or target language. How do I know where they went?

If this is how automatic translation is going to work, where I have to have faith that the credits are being used somewhere and I can't be told where, then it's simply a service that I can't trust.

Can you provide some sort of assurance or guarantee that I can trust the service in the future beyond "you didn't lose anything".

Let me ask our team to check this again. I will let you know once I have something to share.

Thanks for your patience.

Thanks for that resolution.

I'll continue to use the autotranslation service. Hopefully the usage reports will be accurate in the future.

If I have any problems, I'll let you know.
