This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was seeing a "We have detected a problem with some tables in the database" notice on the dashboard.

Solution:
I just X out that notice and it doesn’t appear again, so it was just a false-positive notice and everything is fine.
