We are using Property Hive plugin for the real estate website we are building ( hidden link ).
Unfortunately this plugin is not yet multilingual, but since we need to use WPML in our website is there a way we can add the multilingual features to that plugin? We are in touch with the plugin developer and we need to know if there is some specific documents on how to activate the WPML features also to this plugin that creates some custom post types.

Thanks and best regards,

Franco

Hi Franco.

Unfortunately, from what I was able to find, it looks like you are right: the plugin and its add-ons are not WPML-compatible at the moment.

As long as the plugin is not compatible with WPML, there's no way we could help as this will require custom work and this falls out of the purpose of our Support Policy.

I'd suggest you contact the plugin authors and recommend them to join our 'Go Global' program (https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/) where our Compatibility developers will help them make their product 100% compatible with WPML for free.

That's the best advice that I can offer in our current situation.

Kind regards,
