I am trying to: translate WC min_price, which in English starts with "From:", into 3 other languages. And I did that from String translation, but on the front end I still see the English everywhere. All kinds of cache cleared, incognito browser mode too.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: "From:" in the relevant language

Instead, I got: Only in English, as if it were not translated

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Can you please tell me how are you adding the text "From" on the product page?

I saw from the debug info you provided that you have some different WC extensions, I would appreciate if you could send me step by step guide on how to set the text/price "From:" on the product page.

Thank you.

Looking forward to your reply,
Marsel

Hi, I have no control over this text, it comes from WooCommerce, when there is a product with variations with different prices. This appears on the product page, but also on the front page where there are some products listed. In both cases I use divi modules, but there is no control in them. And also, in the String translation I tried to find "From:" from the search and this was the only result.

Here is a screenshot of basic WC Shop page (no divi or anything, just wc shortcode) where you can see the translation doesn't work either.

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification and explanation.

To further troubleshoot the issue I set up a sandbox site where I would require you to try to reproduce the issue, link to sandbox below (one-click-login):

hidden link

Please on the sandbox:
- upload only the necessary theme/plugin necessary to reproduce the issue
- WPML and WCML plugins are already active

This will help check that the issue is not caused form any possible conflict with any other plugin.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Marsel
