WP forms won't translate

kellyD-4	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate WPForms forms into French using WPML. I selected a form from the Translation Management and checked auto translation. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link Symptoms: I keep getting a message saying 'Some of the selected content is already being translated. This will cancel all ongoing translations.' When I ask to translate, I don't get an error, but the form is not translated. Instead of the translated form, I see the Dutch form. Questions: Why do I receive a message about ongoing translations when selecting auto translation? Why is the form not translating into French despite no error messages? hidden link

Background of the issue:

Symptoms:
