Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my page and edit my translation using WPML. I have been using WPML without any issues for the last weeks, but now it stopped working. Here is the link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link.

Symptoms:
WPML stopped working and I get a message saying 'WPML tried to translate this page 3 times and failed. Please contact support'. I have disabled all plugins except WPML and it still doesn't work. I expected to see the advanced translate editor, but instead, I got an error message.

Questions:
Why did WPML stop working?
How can I resolve the error message about WPML failing to translate the page?

Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you resolve the issue.

Have you recently migrated the site or changed the site URL? Also, does this issue occur with multiple posts?

To troubleshoot, please try the following steps and let us know your feedback.

1) Open the page with the issue for editing in the original language.
2) Make a minor change to the content and update the page. This will help refresh the translation settings.
3) Go to WPML >> Translation Management, select the affected page, and send it for translation to yourself.
4) Then, visit WPML >> Translations
5) Translate the page (open the page for translation in WPML Translation Editor by clicking the *Translate* button), and check if the issue still exists.
