This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
A client was experiencing an issue with WooCommerce where the Japanese product page displayed ¥85,000, but the English page displayed ¥75,100 instead of dollars. This issue occurred when the WooPayment plugin was enabled and resolved by disabling it. Also, the new development site does not experience this issue.

Solution:
We explained that in a development environment, new plugins are frequently added and settings are changed, so enabling/disabling plugins can sometimes clear the cache. Therefore, we recommend clearing the cache when there are major changes, when adding, removing, enabling/disabling new plugins, or when changing the theme.

This solution may be outdated or not apply to your case. In that case, please check for related known issues , check the version of the permanent fix, and make sure you have the latest version of your theme and plugins installed. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket on the WPML support forum .

Background of the issue:
私はwoocommerceで日本語商品をオリジナルにし、WPMLで英語ページを複製して翻訳しました。日本語商品ページでは¥85,000と表示されます。英語ページでは、ドル表示ではなく、¥75,100と表示されます。複数通貨の設定は、サイト言語に基づく通貨を表示するように設定されています。リンク: hidden link

日本語商品ページでは¥85,000と表示されますが、英語ページにすると、ドル表示ではなく、¥75,100と表示されます。通貨スイッチを使用しても、英語ページでUSDが表示されません。

Thank you for contacting the support.

I tried to check for the issue but seeing a coming soon page, so not entirely sure about what's really happening. However, before proceeding further, can you please try the following?

1) Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding. It is highly advised to try these on a dev or staging site first, so your live site isn't compromised.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML, String Translation, WCML and WooCommerce.
3) Switch to a standard theme like 2024 or 2021.
4) Recheck for the issue.
5) Then start activating plugins one by one while keep checking for the issue. This way you 'll be able to pinpoint a conflict when & where it starts creating the problem.
6) If after activating all plugins you see that it still works fine, then switch to your theme and see if that's causing it.

Please let me know your findings and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.

お教え頂いた手順のとおり行ったところ、WooPaymentを有効にするとその症状が現れ、無効にすると正常になります。

Yes that may happen in a dev environment because usually we're working on several things like new plugins, config changes and etc. So when you deactivate and reactivate a plugin, the caches are usually flushed.

It is better to keep clearing caches when there are major/notable changes are expected, as well as, when there are new plugins added, removed, activated/deactivated and/or when there are theme changes.

Please feel free to mark this thread as resolved, since the problem doesn't exist anymore. You can always open a new one for anything WPML related.
