Background of the issue:
I'm trying to send an article/post for translation to a 3rd party vendor 'memoQ' but when I click 'Translate' it loads for about 5 minutes then gives me an error. The issue can be seen at this link: hidden link.

Symptoms:
I received an error message saying 'Something went wrong' and then a critical error message: 'There has been a critical error on this website.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.'.

Questions:
Why am I receiving a critical error when sending a post for translation?
How can I resolve the 'Something went wrong' error with memoQ?

Please let me know if the issue persists after you are able to update the theme on the live site, as well as let me know if automatic translation works on the live site. you can create a test page with just the word "test" so we can try that without wasting extra credits.
