I have 2 pages that customers are finding that are returning 400... but the url is hard to read so I can not check how to find these pages so I can fix the problem.,.
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
1) You can use a tool to unserialize the URLs, for example, (hidden link).
I tried it with the provided URLs, and here is the result:
1- hidden link
2- hidden link
2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.
1- Go to "WPML > Settings > Translated documents options"
2- Change the translation preference for your URLs to "Translate (this will include the slug in the translation and not create it automatically from the title)"
3- Go to WPML-> Languages-> Edit Languages
4- Select "Yes" in the "Encode URLs" dropdown menu
5- Save the page
6- Create a new test page
7- Translate it and check the URL
Please note that the encoding should be yes for the languages that have encoded URLs, for example, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, and Russian, not all languages.
Best regards,
Osama
