When I make change on my elementor site on my default languge it doesnt appear in secondary languge and when I upload post types using csv file some of them dont translate automaticly.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML support team,

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps,

Your translations not working after changing the default language, one possible solution could be the following :

-> Please do a backup of your site and go to WPML > Support > troubleshooting and try all the following buttons (synchronize all post types): hidden link

Also, you could delete your secondary language but keep in mind, if your content were originally created in English, they will just stay "deactivated", you could follow this documentation on how to do it : https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-completely-remove-a-language-from-your-site/

Warm regards 🙂
