Background of the issue:
I want to automatically translate the ACF fields that are connected to the product categories in WooCommerce. We have ACF fields for short & long descriptions and would like to use Deepl to translate them from Dutch to German.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
How can I automatically translate ACF fields in product categories using WPML?
Is there a way to integrate Deepl for translating ACF fields from Dutch to German?

Hey there,

Please make sure to have a full website backup, and try the following solution:

1. Go to WPML > Settings > Translated Taxonomies and de-select "Don't show translated taxonomies in Translation Editor". Make sure it's not selected.
2. Make a small change to a product that contains a category with ACFs, in the original language, and save;
3. Check the translation editor, if the ACFs are there;

In case they're, you can use the solution I mentioned previously: add all categories to a product and send it to auto translation. If not, let me know so I can escalate this as a feature request. Thank you for your patience.
