Problem:
You are experiencing missing images on the French page of your site after using WPML to translate it. This issue also affects other languages such as Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Arabic, Russian, and Spanish.
Solution:
We recommend you navigate to WPML > Settings > Media Translation and click the Start button. Before clicking, ensure that all checkboxes above the button are activated. After initiating this process, please wait for the dialog to complete. If the images are still missing after this step, we advise you to open a new support ticket for further assistance.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I used WPML to translate my site and now the images on the French page are missing. The issue affects multiple languages including French, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Arabic, Russian, and Spanish.

Symptoms:
Images are missing on the French page after translation with WPML.

How can I get back the missing images on the French page?

Our apologies for the delay in answering your request.

Could you please go to WPML > Settings > Media Translation and click the "Start" button? Make sure that all checkboxes above the button are activated first.

Then wait for the dialog to finish.
