Hi there,

Please go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Translation Tools tab.

Expand the Invoices sub-menu to download the invoice.

Share with me a screenshot of the invoice to further review please.

In your screenshot from the WPML.org account it says that you used 400K worth of credits but in your organization I am seeing around 170,212 for April.

Hello Bobbie, here is the screenshot of what you asked for. Reaching 400,000 credits is impossible, even when I translated the entire blog when I first started using WPML, it never came close to that number.

The invoice in your latest screenshot looks correct, and so do the credits used.

Also, when I review your account I can see the invoice of €90.08 as expected, and I am not seeing anywhere the charge for 400k credits.
