annaJ-13	Hello, I was charged $99 for a renewal that I never intended to renew. This appears to have been processed as an automatic renewal without my explicit confirmation. I did not authorize or request this renewal, and I do not wish to keep this service. Please cancel the renewal and issue an immediate refund. Thank you for resolving this as soon as possible.
