Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue accessing the WP Menus Sync page and encountering the error 'The application did not respond in time',
Solution:
We recommend that you update your WPML plugin to the latest version, currently 4.6.8, as well as its add-ons. This update includes the latest bug fixes and improvements which might resolve your issue. To update, please visit our instructions.

Additionally, ensure that your WordPress installation is up-to-date and that your MySQL version meets the minimum requirements as outlined here. It is crucial to backup your database before updating.

If after updating the problem still occurs, we invite you to open a new support ticket for further assistance.
