This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client reported that headers or images created from custom post types were not displaying in languages other than the main language. The issue was observed on various pages, including the homepage and product pages.
Solution:
We resolved the issue by editing the English language version of the product directly in the WordPress admin area. Here are the steps we recommend:
1. Navigate to the problematic post in the WPML language editor.
2. Click on 'Edit' for the English version of the post.
3. Click 'Update' to resave the post.
We suggest trying these steps for other English language products or pages to see if it resolves the issue.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
