Hi there, The credits used for the automatic translation are not refundable. But if you want to have a clean slate regarding the translation of the website you can reset WPML and it will delete all the translations that you had saved on the WordPress Database and start from scratch. You will need to delete the languages too and start over by setting the languages. Click here for more information. |

Hi there, It seems that there is a misunderstanding. You asked for a reset and how to do so and I gave the information yes there is no way to refund credits as we spend those credits and pay the translation engine to do the translation. But if there is an issue regarding the translation we will be happy to help. For the second question I will need more context as I do not even know the link of your website. Please follow the steps below to provide debug information: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ Also tell us how the header of the website is created? Is it using a template such as the Elementor template or something else? Thanks. |
