This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client reported that the language switcher was not appearing in the dropdown on certain pages of their website.
Solution:
We suggested that the issue might be due to some pages not being translated. We asked the client to confirm if the affected pages were fully translated. We also recommended checking our documentation on Language Switcher options for untranslated pages at Language Switcher options.
Furthermore, we requested the client to send us their debug information to help us better understand their settings and provide a more accurate solution. Instructions on how to provide this information can be found at providing debug information.
If the solution provided here is not relevant to your case, either because it's outdated or it doesn't apply to your situation, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
